Lapse not

I spent the last two hours trying to lapse a minute long video into 15 seconds with a song attached. Video/song looks great on the app but when you move it to camera roll or any where they offer the video shifts to regular length and the song slows down as if 15sec of the song is stretched to one minute. So this app is useless.
